hainkarga, this is the internet!  Getting upset only hurts you - I used to get all bent out of shape when someone appeared to attack me or my posts, whether they meant to or not; after a while I realized all it did was elevate my blood pressure.

We's all friends here!  :D  I agree, let's just move back to the kitty.  Kitties are cute.

Personally, I like the concept, and am pretty jazzed to see a third community idea make it to the game!  Probably will not use the card myself in the foreseeable future unless it proves to be useful against FGs, though.  I like Entropy, but don't play Death much.

No. It does not die. It simply triggers death effects. For cells to appear, it has to die so that the space it occupies becomes free for a cell.
That said, it will naturally die once you end your turn anyway, assuming it's unupped.

@tynyt, i think u got the ability of the cat wrong
the cat dies if u kill it, but it has a skill that u can use, in ur turn, that make it die, but not die, if that makes any sense

go to the trainer, and test it, u will see what i mean

ok, thank you both!
i did not know about trainer + cards in development.

so it is killed, but it does not die, just like it says.
(very fun card idea btw...  maybe 7 "life counters" would be more realistic?)

Perhaps the best way to explain this cat's ability to those that still don't get it is to say that activating its effect simply triggers death effects, such as Bonewall, Bone/Graveyard, and Scavenger. The cat itself doesn't die and isn't removed from play, so any buffs or effects on the cat remain.

Edit: 1,500th post. :D

This would ruin a bunch of  quantum physics theories, since the cat would still be alive after the poison kills him, until the poison finally kills him for the 7th Time.
May the force of the D4HK side be with U ^_^

If you know what Schrödinger's Cat is, it makes perfect sense - the concept is frozen in time.  The cat is both dead and alive in the moment, because the poison will kill it, but it is still breathing.  Life counters could be considered a betrayal of that moment.
