Lol so true.  Every time I face an AI with this card in it, things seem to going perfectly normal and as planned when suddenly:  CHAOS!!!  And then everything goes to hell in an instant.

One of those cards you hate to have used against you but love to use it I guess.

How does this card work with vultures/ what is the order it affects creatures?  And do newly created skeletons from boneyards get affected too?

The order is the order the creatures are played. Oponent first, you next if unupped.

Every death may cause a +1|+1 to vultures, but beware with the unupped one because it may lobotomize or rewind the vulture too!
Every death cause a skeleton too, and rewind effect in a skele causes turning it into a random creature. Same as mummys, rewind = pharaoh.

Wait, order in which the creatures are played? Or slot order?

E.g.
Play creatures in slot 1 and 2, creature in slot 1 gets killed, play a third creature that lands in slot 1.

Does pandemonium operate on the third creature first (slot order) or the second creature first (time order)?

Because I thought it was slot order, though I'm not perfectly sure.

The first time i used this card it killed most of my monsters, i upgrated it just to avoid that agen lol.

Imo, I think that the card should effect every creature regardless if its immortal or not. The card itself doesn't "target" the creature, its a global effect. Just my 2 cents.
