Nope they are not in game yet.... My guess that there will be an update when they are in the 'Patch news and developments' section (or w/e it's called)

Oddly, I didn't even have to refresh the game. When I logged in it wasn't there but later on some guy in T50 had it in the spins (which shocked me immensely) and afterward I found I could by it from the bazaar.

It's odd how there was a time gap between the others and this though.

Now THAT would be way too powerful. Make an army of skeletons, mass improve, swing for a ton of damage and use a ton of insane abilities (steal, destroy, devour, freeze, etc.).
