love it and an improved mutation for whole field would be great
Now THAT would be way too powerful. Make an army of skeletons, mass improve, swing for a ton of damage and use a ton of insane abilities (steal, destroy, devour, freeze, etc.).
not if its a rare card with high quantum to make it balanced

that's the same as saying "no if only few can use it" :P
So, tell me my friend, what can you see? What comes into your mind as you breathe?

Anyone going to get rid of the link to it in 'in development'? Did Zeru leave it at forever?

Does this affect burrowed and immortal creatures?

No, they're untargettable.

Well, you don't technically target them, but if you know this is a fact.

I honestly thought this card was meh but after using it i seriously heart this card. I use it in one of my FG farmers and it is the one card i can't wait to use every time.

It's great in a :aether / :entropy Immortal deck, though. :)

The upgrade should be called "Pandamonium", and have a15% chance to summon a 3/4 Panda into every empty slot on both sides -- and THEN do the normal Pandemonium effect once all of the Pandas are summoned.  8)
That's funny. XD But what element is it in case of reverse time? :o

This card will have no effect if your opponent has no targetable creatures (unupped), is this a bug an oversight or just a way to nerf the card?
