Elf, because of its skill to spawn random mutants whenever, and the druid because it can make unstoppable armies of improved mutants!

It's a very hard choice! 
I like Nova, Druid, Antimatter, Schrödinger's cat... but I love it when the enemy has a table full of creatures and I play Pandemonium. It's one of my most cheerful moments in the game. 

So, Pandemonium won!     8)

Nova for sure... 12 quanta with one card... 24 if it is upped.  Enough said.

It costs 2 entropy, so it only generates 22 when upped, none of which are entropy. Dissipation field. Who doesn't love almost invincibiliy for as long as you can keep generating quanta.

I do so love having 6 nukes in my hand. Especially against Fire Queen, late game. It looks so funny watching arrows and bolts and golden outlines appear randomly, and once in a while you get a copy for yourself.

Fallen Druid. It is like the most used entropy card in rainbow decks and is incredibly useful.

I'm kind of a fan of Schrodinger's Cat, even though I haven't used it + Boneyard in months.

Last time I got it though, it looked like this . And it was amazing. For like, a few hours.

I guess I like this card and Discord the most; I have a huge thing for cats, and I like swords that do more than just slice and dice-- like a good ol' Entropy, it buggers stuff up in one way or another for my benefit.

Antimatter and Pandemonium are close seconds-- the former for its healing ability and the latter because I like to watch random AoEs all over my screen.

It does generate two entropy quanta when you pay for its skill. I just tried it on trainer.
