I've got 8 quantum mixed up at first, It really kills mono.

It should be shown of the card what is the range of the ability.

My question is why does Scramble work even when the Discord damage is blocked (ex Bonewall) yet Venom from Arsenic doesn't if it is blocked?

The same reasoning a Devourer/Pest (that has +0 attack) can still drain quanta while dealing no damage to an opponent; the damage done from Discord does not affect its quantum passive conversion ability.

Yes. This has been tested; Discord, like Vampire Dagger, must do damage to the opponent in order to use its other passive ability. In this case, it's "Scramble".

You may want to buy some new glasses.

Discord will only scramble if it hits with at least 1 point of damage (hence, a shield that blocks 5, like Hope, would not stop the scrambling effect).

I tested the quantum movement of Discord.
But the numbers, shown next to the quanta are sometimes not correct.
I tested it 3 times with an unuppgraded Discord against lvl 1, trainer

1. 8 quanta moved
2. 7 quanta moved
3. 5 quanta moved.

Perhaps its a bit random, perhaps there´s a rule which I don´t know.
Or quanta are "moved" to the place they were before the movement.
