like said before i don't think this nerf will help much, discord is the most annoying early game and when you have low quanta wich will get scrambled.

Precent scramble will be interesting. I like.
Makes Discord/bh slightly less viable too. Say you have 10 . Scramble leaves you minimum 5 . Even a bh will still leave you with 2 . Currently, one hit and a BH leaves you with none in that situation.

Keep in mind that the more quanta you have, the more likely quanta will be "unscrambled".
And a lot of stalls are rainbow, so that would barely hurt them anyways.

Or maybe % discord should depends on number of Elements using by Opponent?
When he has got quantum for 1 element then 10% is scrambled. When use 5 elements then 50%.
Or scramble 20% plus 5% for each Element.

But more on topic, about time! Little nerf is still a much needed nerf.

Oh I would love a percentage hit.  It would make Discord last longer effect-wise, and it won't destroy early games.  Heck, make it 35% unupgraded, 50% upgraded?

50% would murder slow decks whenever they don't pack Sanctuary(oh, Sanctuary, Sanctuary...), especially since scrambled quanta doesn't negate but enhance the scrambling effect for these decks, so maybe something like a middle road, combining a set amount of scrambling with a low percentage, say 4 + 20% (still scrambling up to 19 quanta from a Bolt mono).

Constant plus percentage seems to be excellent. It reduces the ability of discord to completely shut down a deck at the beginning (rage now 2 entropy SN bows), while retaining its effectiveness for the long-term quanta denial.

I might say that the nerf is definitely not enough.  The worst thing about this is 3 cost makes it theoretical with 6 Entropy Pendulum/6 Nova decks like DEQ or Novagrabby to get a 2nd turn Discord.  Even with Nova nerf, it takes 3 to activate, and that still allows 3 Novas to be cast by the end of turn 2 to play it.

A percentage based scramble would make this almost useless. It wont really help stall anything early game and the reason discord is less effective late game, is because all of the quanta categories have something so the scramble doesn't really really have a net shift away from their main element. The percentage thing still has that issue.

I think it being reduced down to 9 is a fine nerf

Love this Card, especially against rushers who rely heavily on there Nova's to gain Quanta!
