And of course it can be used on any creature after anti-matter (even opponent ones - so you can simultaneously restore your own life and potentially replace a dangerous skill with one they can't use), and some mutants. The only element that doesn't currently work with Butterfly Effect is Aether (unless you count PU on creatures with Butterfly Effect already). Is having 38 distinct cards (including weapons, but only one of a card and its upgrade) that can be used with Butterfly Effect just not enough? With 5 or less, almost every creature card in the game can be used (the main exceptions being dragons and aether/fire cards). If the designers had wanted a card that could be used on almost everything they would have made it that way. I think 38 options is plenty.

I'm playing a entropy-aether deck with butterfly effect to farm god and find it is strong enough.

With antimatter, all creatures are able to use butterfly effect.
I'm playing purple nymph and parallel universe
so it is common to have a few dragons with full attack and also the destroy skill (antimatter>butterfly>antimatter>quint/PU)

also when you have a creature with negative attack,
the AI won't kill that creature in most time although it has the destroy skill, we can make use of it

one more use for this card is to lobo a creature such as amber nymph and oty, with antimatter it don't apply only on creatures less than 3 attack

This card is very versatile and powerful. I makes a lot of sense in a scarab swarm for example, where it's rare that you can devour 6 creature per turn and where a pulverizer eats the same :gravity quanta as the scarabs.
I like also when I can use it on my otyugh 0/5 and that i can destroy this annoying Fire buckler ...
A must ...  :D

Something ironic I found - If you go to the page on "Butterfly effect" on Wikipedia, in the "See also" section, there's a link to fractal, and vice versa. And those two cards were released at the same time. Cool coincidence.

And why the < 3 attack clause?
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.
