This is one annoying card all right... Situation:

You: I summon Ruby Dragon! Mwa ha ha ha ha ha!!! U DEAD!!!!!!

Me: Erm... Antimatter.

You: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

But yeah, I don't think this works with Liquid Shadow. The card specifically states that only the attack is inverted.

EDIT: Strange. I cannot buy this card at the Bazaar in the trainer. Don't tell me this card is a rare.
Hehehe I love doing that, this card is not a rare either........

Actually its more logical name would be Invert (which isn't a bad name) but something has to be fancy at the cost of having imaginary physics
And if we are talking about real physics all   :aether aether is hax!
As for the healing, it is really needed to broaden the options as all decks should have a form of healing or stall and antimatter is one of the most unreliable against multiple deck versions because of the multitude of options to disable it.
But when it works....

I wonder why poisonous antimattered creatures goes through shields healing the opponent but still gives him the poison counters...

Shields stop damage.  Once antimattered the creature is applying healing not damage.  The venom/poison is applied as a byproduct of the contact.

(in real life) An antimatter paperclip dropped on a normal matter floor would create an explosion comparable to the atomic one that destroyed Hiroshima. What does this have to do with healing? Go figure.
