Just for curiosity why are you using some entropy pendulums. Its just going to give you the same result as entropy pillars but cost more.

Splitting Pends and Pillars is a well known tactic for reducing Earthquake's counters to your deck.  Scenario one:  You have 3 Amethyst Pillars and play them all; next turn Earthquake wipes them all out.  Scenario two:  You have 1 Amethyst Pillar AND 2 Entropy Pendulums; a single Earthquake cannot wipe them all out on its own.  Sure, your opponent can still play another Earthquake to completely deny you of quanta but almost any way you look at it, such a move is a waste.

Your Quanta Index is too large.

Reduce some Aboms and Maxwells and Antimatters (one each maybe) for a pillar. Now it's 6*8 (antimatter)+10*2(dragons)+10*5(Maxwells and Aboms, not counting the upkeep cost).
That's 118 for 10 pillars which leaves you at 11.8.

The recommended is 5.

I believe Blasting's deck has 12 pillars. Doesn't change your point, though--the QI is too high.

   I'd pull 3 AMs, an Abom, and a Maxwell for pillars/pends, giving 17 sources. 3*8 (AM) + 10*2 (dragons) + 5*5 (aboms) + 3*5 (Maxwells) + 3*2 (Maxwell costs, 1x) = 90. 90/17 is about 5.3.

You want about 17-18 pend and pillers.
Maxwell demon is good BUT his attack is low and he cost 5. I would run 2 at the most. Replace some with the shield. Also take a few antimatter out and add pillers and pends.
While you have the shield out your wont get hit unless you run out of Quanta, but anti-matter creatures still reach you so you will heal in that down time.
