I did a forum search but didn't find this deck.  I'm sure it's been posted a lot though.

dont think you need 6 shields, 4 should be enough to get one early. some chaos seeds could be useful as CC on utility creatures like otyugh, mindflayer, etc...

6 shields are needed, lol, w/o one early you'll have a hard time resisting, also yeah: -2 dragons, +2 chaos seeds is probably a good change.

You can't really say basic because of those two Purple Nymphs there...  I take it Aboms would be decent subs for the Nymphs.

i would prefer doing as he says, go with a 38 card deck.

If it's a stall, why need dragons? You could even focus on decking out the opponent with antimatters to heal, although that might not be very efficient due to PC.

Except pulvy and BE PC doesn't does a lot to this deck, but both can be nullified by adding in some Chaos Seeds and a creature+BE combo.
2-3 dragons to have a 2nd winning strategy is probably the best way to go.
