change mark to time, add entropy pendulums, eternity(2 at least), add some hourglasses

To increase the speed of the deck and also to ensure decking out...but there's a few major problems with this suggestion.
1) There's not a single creature in this deck, which without, Eternity stall fails miserably.
2) If you run a Time Mark with Pendulums instead then the amount of
produced is practically cut in half. The Shields would need to be upped in this case.
While this isn't the best deckout method out there, it does work (I've heard stories about people decking out FGs with unupped versions of this deck, which is proof enough there).
