Got Elidnis today and played the deck I posted previously with -1 Tower +1 Fractal.

The list could probably use some tuning, but I'm pretty convinced the strategy works.

For me, I can't get draw enough shields in time and so im forced to firebolt his HP in a last effort but can't get enough Fire quanta out to win in one blow

Yeah, the unupgraded Firebolt deck only has, like, a 13% win rate... after dying 7 times in a row, I just went back to fighting the top50 instead.

Only 13%? In my testing it is around 28%

Completely honestly, I hate those fire lance sudden killer decks. They almost never win for me, and maybe it's because I don't know when to start dimshielding, or maybe I just get bad draws and luck, but I really dislike that deck.

So, I made a variation on the 2nd post deck, custom built for me, with the upgraded cards I had at my disposal, and some I wanted to try out - so not something you should just copy-paste into the game unless you happen to have the exact same cards and feelings as me.

It's probably just as unreliable, but I like it more. (Plus, that little extra cash you get from stone skins)


The concept works if you get a good start, and a grav shield out. Might wanna add some BBs as well, since Elidnis stopped growing spirits which got through it.

Oh, this is something new to me. I never really farm FGs much and I can't see the picture (imageshack blocked), but are you sure that the AI is smart enough to do that? If it's true, then zanz has done a really good job in improving the AI.

Edit: Owned him again! This is probably the only FG that the Fire Lance deck works for (for me).

Chain Dimensional Shields, while saving up Fire Quanta. If Elidnis has Jade Shield out, put out your own Reflective Shield and Fire Bolt yourself. At 200 HP, you'll need 113 to finish Elidnis off in one turn.

Today I got Elidnis. Decided to play this deck + 4 SoGs. Then I noticed I didn't have a Reflective Shield... bought it.. AND FORGOT TO MANAGE DECK!

You guys can't even imagine how mad I am. 
Then I bolted myself and closed the game.
Yesterday had a pretty bad day in elements, lost around 80% of the spins... had bad quanta production in most games... won some upped cards but that's it. I hope I have better luck today.. later..

Horrible draw today, 4 phase shields in the last 9 cards :/
