SG, i have a suggestion to organize all the random player submitted decks.

we should have something like featured deck section, where the best of the decks are put in there so that people can use them to grind ai3, top50, FGs, etc.

i considered giving levels to decks, but that would be really pointless and tedious.

mind making a section of featured decks?

I greatly support this idea.  Lots of noobs get random decks from the wiki and wonder why don't work well.  We could do something very similar to the deck archive were we put in the best decks for each AI to point noobs in the right direction.  I remember when I started, I fumbled through several deck on the wiki before finding the shrieker rush that actually worked.

I'm wiki illiterate currently, but I can figure it out and help with this if you would like.

I strongly support this idea.

It is very difficult to find a deck which has been tested, reviewed, or with well-written strategies... These featured decks would help the new players to find deck which works.

Moreover, we could add plenty of informations about the decks :
the QIwin-loss ratios against various opponentsprobabilities of first drawstrategies against FGupgrade prioritiesstrengths and weaknessesvariations around the decks
... as the decks are known, these information are easier to find. I am ready to help in any way.

If anything, the "featured decks" should probably be the ones from the Deck Archive section of the forum (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,177.0.html). A possible idea would be to separate the "Decks" tab into two groups: random submitted decks and the "tried-and-true" decks (i.e., the ones that have been used by many and have been proven to work).

As it is now, it's a little weird to break the decks into the amount of elements they use. It also seems a little cluttered in the "Mono-deck" section; if anything, there should just be 12 tabs (one for each element) which can talk about each card in a bit more depth and provide some sample decks (e.g., this is darkness, these are the cards of dark decks, some examples include a gargoyle-based deck and a dragon-basked deck, [insert pics of decks], etc.). I'm pretty sure this has been suggested before, and I do think it's a good idea.

This is an awesome idea.

The whole decks section is a big mess and I've been trying to figure out the best way to organize it all so that users are not required to click every single link to see what the deck is about, or how good it is.

Featured Deck thing would definitely be useful.
