As you can see, there is now a star rating system under each title. It's still in beta so there might be some errors. Also, it's missing some features that I would like to have, so I might have to replace it with something else.

Meanwhile, go rate those articles!

I can see how this can be useful (seeing what pages are most popular), but the rating system can be flawed at times. For instance, there's no reason the Aether Cards page should have a lower rating than any of the other [insert element] Cards pages; if people are just rating on their bias of what elements they like/dislike, that's pretty pointless.

One possible alternative could be to make the rating system only available for certain pages (e.g., decks and select articles).

I really like these new additions to the wiki. Thanks SG!

In regards of this star rating, is it possible to change the rating once you gave them? I couldn't figure out how to do it. If it's not available now, I suggest this to be added.

Nope. If I'm interested in something, I'll always look for the its forum site rather than its Wiki site.
