Regenerate

The ability Regenerate (of Druidic (Jade) Staff) had been missing in the list of abilities (http://elementscommunity.org/wiki/basics/abilities/), so I created this post (http://elementscommunity.org/wiki/ability/regenerate/).
However, I find difficulties in adding that post into the list. Can anyone do that or teach me how to do that, please?

It gets automatically updated to the list if you put it in the Ability category, but not instantly; you have to wait a while. You'll notice it's in the list now. Thanks for your help, and especially for not screwing it up like most newbies do.
