Weekly Deck Addition

After this deck cleanup (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,35663.0.html), many decks were removed from the wiki. And now, looking at the deck page (http://elementscommunity.org/wiki/decks/), i realized something: we need more decks. Like Wrecking Ball, Antagon's Grabbow, Frogtal, which has been around but not documented yet.

I propose a way to quickly populate the wiki. First, an editor opens a thread. Then the members suggest what decks they would want in wiki. The decks must be tested beforehand, and widely acknowledged as optimal.
Then, we open a poll for the decks. There will be several polls, for Arena, AI3, AI5 (Ai4 is a special case because there are few AI4 grinder) OR mono, duo trio, rainbow. The top few decks will then be added to the wiki. Rinse and repeat.

Obviously, this suggestion could use some work before it is viable. But that's the basics.

I also feel that the wiki needs more resources.
Since some forum-phobic players (like some of my friends) don't like forums, wiki is the only place they are willing to check.
A featured deck every week would be very nice to those reluctant players who hate online interactions.
Deck-of-the-week or combo-of-the-week will also help a lot, probably more than card-of-the-week.
This way the wiki isn't strictly worse than the forums...
