That's certainly a lot of decks. I'll see how far I get. Will edit in due time.
EDIT: Still going. I'm more lenient than suxerz with this ... I think the reason is that I'm putting some decks that would need
a lot of reworking in the rework pile instead of just labeling them as delete. You can see there is a somewhat good idea behind them, though. (Also, I'm just more cautionary when it comes to deleting things. I'm kinda a wimp like that ;/.)
Note: Seems there are quite a few decks that just rely on aether + some kind of splash element. Maybe make one article and with an aether "skeleton" deck, and then add other variations you can take on it with splashed-on cards.

Comments:
1 - Night of the healing dead Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/night-of-the-healing-dead-deck/) Skeletons shouldn't be the main source of damage for a deck.
2 - Abomination spam (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/abomination-spam/) A classic example of a mutation-based deck.
3 - Aether/Life Mastery (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/aetherlife-mastery/) It's an aether deck with Heals.
4 - Aether/Water (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/aetherwater/) It's an aether deck with Freezes.
5 - Big Bang: Duo Fire-Aether BOOM BOOM. (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/big-bang-duo-fir-aether-boom-boom-revision/) The aether decks w/ "splashes" just keep on coming! This one uses fractal Balls of Lightning + some fire.
6 - Blessing/Otyugh (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/blessingotyugh/) Blessed Otyughs ain't a bad idea.
7 - Bond of Health (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/bond-of-health/) I'm putting this as "delete" simply because I've seen better life rushes / empathic bond decks.
8 - BoneSon (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/boneson/) Poison water duo.
9 - Bonewall Pure poison (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/bonewall-pure-poison/) It's definitely more of a PvP deck.
10 - Brimstone Fractal Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/brimstone-fractal-deck/) I can see a fractal brimstone deck working.
11 - Burn and Heal (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/burn-and-heal/) "Under construction for facing fake gods"? No. But Rage-Potioned Archangels is a legitimate strategy.
12 - Cannibal (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/cannibal/) This deck is in the wrong section (should be rainbow). It's not too good, though, so just delete.
13 - Cheap earth/time deck. Elder + top 50 (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/cheap-earthtime-deck-elder-top-50/) Graboids + Reverse Times.
14 - Cheap, Upgrade-less, Easy to play Gravity/Fire Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/cheap-upgrade-less-easy-to-play-gravityfire-deck/) Not something I'd give a pass to.
15 - Counter-Rainbow (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/counter-rainbow/) I like the idea of earth-grav duos that use Pulverizer, but it seems lacking in the damage department.
16 - Crimson Phoenix (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/crimson-phoenix/) Already got moved into mono decks.
17 - Dark - Skelies (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/dark-skelies/) Not something I'd give a pass to.
18 - Dark Denial/Delay/Drain (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/dark-denialdelaydrain/) Blessed vamps is a legitimate strategy. This just isn't the way to do it.
19 - Darkness/Aether spam - Unupgraded (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/darknessaether-spam-unupgraded/) Replace it with Terroking's Pestal or some other version of it. At 35 cards and with only 4 aether towers, you're going to have trouble getting enough Aether quanta. At least with Terroking's version, it's well-documented.
20 - Dead Rising (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/dead-rising/) It could work. Just needs a bit of editing.
21 - Deathstalker Poison (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/deathstalker-poison/) Deathstalker + Nightfall can work.
22 - Deck Help (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/deck-help/) Definitely delete.
23 - Devourer/Vampire Trio (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/devourer-vampire-trio/) There are a lot of better Pestal decks than this one. Using Quantum Towers to try to get aether quanta seems like a horrible idea.
24 - Dissipation Shield Drainer (Orthodox) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/dissipation-shield-drainer-orthodox/) I can see a lot of bad draws with this deck.
25 - Dive/Parallel Universe (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/diveparallel-universe/) Parallel Dived Wyrms can work. This deck, however, does need other cards to make it more efficient (e.g., shields).
26 - DracoX's Unstable-Air (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/dracoxs-unstable-air/) Woo unstable gas deck. Needs improvement, though.
27 - Drainer Deck (Modified) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/drainer-deck-modified/) Poorly made.
28 - Dune Scorp Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/dune-scorp-deck/) Poorly made. (Way too many pendulums).
29 - Earth& Time for AI3 Grinding (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/95-earth-for-ai3-grinding/) Not a mono (there are Reverse Times). However, there's also a deck pretty much like this one in the duo section.
30 - Electric Super-Vulture (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/electric-super-vulture/) It could work.
31 - Entropy / Darkness Shut-Down (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/entropy-darkness-shut-down-test/) There are better entropy-darkness duos.
32 - Entropy Life gain (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/entropy-life-gain/) There are better entropy-aether duos (yes, the name of the deck is misleading).
33 - Eternium (Stone Skin + Miracle) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/eternium-stone-skin-miracle/) Light+earth stall works.
34 - Fahrenheit Annihilation (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/fahrenheit-annihilation/) Flying farenheits.
35 - Fast Swarm (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/fast-swarm/) Not a good deck. Delete.
36 - Fate egg/Fractal deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/fate-eggfractal-deck/) This is an unusually big fractal fate egg deck ... and it doesn't even have any hourglasses.
37 - FFQ ( FireFlyQueen) Improved (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/ffq-fireflyqueen-improved/) FFQ deck.
38 - FFQ (Life gain, unupgraded) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/ffq-life-gain-unupgraded/) FFQ deck.
39 - FFQ (Orthodox) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/ffq-orthodox/) FFQ deck.
40 - FFQ Chain Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/aquaskitanas-chain-deck/) Bad FFQ deck.
41 - Fire (Immolation) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/fire-immolation/) An immo-deck variation.
42 - Fire Bolt Rush (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/fire-bolt-rush/) The deck is not the best with firebolt, but this article has a nice table that could be saved (main reason I'm putting it as "rework").
43 - Fire/Gravity Graviton Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/firegravity-graviton-deck/) Fire-gravity duo.
44 - Firefly Queen Strategy-Pillarless Style (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/firefly-queen-strategy-pillarless-style/) Bad FFQ deck.
45 - Firestone (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/firestone/) It could work.
46 - Firewall of Death! (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/firewall-of-death/) I wouldn't give it a pass.
47 - Flying Arsenics (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/flying-arsenics/) There's no deck. Granted, flying arsenics can work, but an example of a deck would be nice.
48 - Flying OE/Bone Wall (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/flying-oebone-wall/) This kind of deck can definitely work, but I'd tweak the quanta-age (e.g., some air pendulums in place of the pillars).
49 - Forest scorpion rush (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/forest-scorpion-rush/) It's a simple concept that works.
50 - Fractal Scarab (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/fractal-scarab/) Could use some quanta tweaking, but it's valid.
51 - Fractal Spiders (free aether farm decks) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/fractal-spiders-free-mono-aether-farm-deck/) It also has a lot of other information about things to fractal. Seems like one of the more popular deck articles on the wiki.
52 - gods blessing speed (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/gods-blessing-speed/) You might as well be blessing pegasus and using an Air mark if you plan on doing the Bless + Dive strategy.
53 - Gravitational Armor (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/gravitational-armor/) Earth-gravity duo that could work.
54 - Gravity and Aether Defense (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/gravity-and-aether-defense/) PU Titans.
55 - Gravity pull deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/gravity-pull-deck/) Gravity deck with some immolations for fireeaters. It could work.
56 - Gravity/Earth (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/gravityearth/) It could work.
57 - GREAT Poison Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/great-poison-deck/) Water + Death duo.
58 - Grindpower's Chrysaora Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/grindpowers-chrysaora-deck/) Another Water + Death duo.
59 - Grindpower's Level 3 Steam Machine Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/uncategorized/l3stm/) Steam Machines.
60 - Grindpower's Life-Wave Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/grindpowers-life-wave-deck/) Would definitely be better with Lightnings instead of Shockwaves.
61 - Growth/Freeze (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/growthfreeze/) There are more efficient Life+Water duos that use Forest Spectres.
62 - Hyper Graboids (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/hyper-graboids/) Good deck that uses a simple strategy (graboid + adrenaline)
63 - Hyper Pufferfish (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/hyper-pufferfish/) Adren.
64 - Hyper Ruby Dragons (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/hyper-ruby-dragons/) Adren.
65 - Hyper Rustlers (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/hyper-rustlers/) Adren.
66 - Ice Skeleton (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/ice-skeleton/) Wouldn't give it a pass.
67 - Immolation Golem Rush (Pillarless) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/immolation-golem-rush-pillarless/) Immolation deck.
68 - Improved Mutation (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/improved-mutation-2/) Mutation
69 - Lava golem army (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/lava-golem-army/) There are better lava golem decks.
70 - Lava Golem Duo (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/fire-earth-deck/) That's a different take on lava golems.
71 - Lava-Lava deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/lava-lava-deck/) More lava.
72 - Level 3 Toadfish Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/level-3-toadfish-deck/) Wouldn't give it a pass.
73 - Level Three 50% Mastery (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/level-three-50-mastery/) There are better light-rustler duos.
74 - Light-Air deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/light-air-deck/) Delete.
75 - Locust (Time/Aether) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/locust/) Fractal Scarabs.
76 - Lots of poison (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/lots-of-poison/) I keep on seeing this deck (with one or two card differences) in the duos/trios section ... (death-water poison deck).
77 - Malignant Bone Wall Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/malignant/) Delete.
78 - Malignant Cell/Empathic Bond (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/malignant-cellempathic-bond/) Delete.
79 - Max Damage - no upgrade (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/max-damage-no-upgrade/) It could work.
80 - Mega Attack Builder (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/mega-attack-builder/) I'd say this needs quanta tweaking.
81 - Minimize and Maximize (Gravity Aether) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/minimize-and-maximize-gravity-aether/) You don't see many gravity-aether duos.
82 - Momentum Aether (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/momentum-aether/) Should definitely be deleted. It doesn't work at all.
83 - Mono-Life Aggro (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/mono-life-aggro/) It could work.
84 - Mountain (Earth-gravity) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/mountain-earth-gravity/) Another earth-gravity deck but with quints this time. I wouldn't give it a pass.
85 - Mutant Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/mutant-deck/) There's a better mutation deck here.
86 - Mutation Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/mutation-deck/) Wait ... I thought there was a better mutation deck than this one, too. This deck definitely needs tweaking, but the thing is, it's linked to a wiki article (fallen elf / fallen druid), so keep it for now. EDIT: Delete it goes!
87 - Nhan1st Phoenix Earth deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/nhan1st-phoenix-earth-deck/) This is a mono.
88 - Owl-City (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/owl-city/) Partially upgraded deck ... granted, flying Owl's Eye + Bonewall can work, there are better versions of it than this one.
89 - Parallel Blessings (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/parallel-blessings/) It's an interesting idea. Definitely needs tweaking, though.
90 - Pillar Killer (Top 50 and PvP deck) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/pillar-killer-top-50-and-pvp-deck/) This is a mono deck.
91 - Plicka's No Upgrade SteamRoller (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/plickas-no-upgrade-steamroller/) Water-fire duo.
92 - Poison Flayer (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/poison-flayer/) It's a chrysaora poison deck + mind flayers (and an aether mark). Wouldn't give it a pass.
93 - Poison Mummy Swarm (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/poison-mummy-swarm/) Again, I know I'm lenient (which is to say I'm putting it in the rework).
94 - Poison, poison, and more poison (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/poison-poison-and-more-poison/) Another version of chrysaora + poison.
95 - Puffy Adrenals (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/puffy-adrenals/) Lenient here.
96 - Queens army. (Wind/Entropy) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/8379/) There's no deck.
97 - Rustler/Miracle Mastery (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/rustlermiracle-mastery/) It can work.
98 - Scarab Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/scarab-deck/) I like the comment: "Only 29 cards." There are better scarab decks.
99 - Schrodinger's Cat /Vulture deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/schrodingers-cat-vulture-deck/) The only schrodinger's cat deck on the wiki, perhaps?
100 - Sensei's Upgrade: Cloud Forest (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/senseis-upgrade-cloud-forest/) Delete.
101 - Shrieker Rush Safety (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/shrieker-rush-safety/) Delete.
102 - Speed Poison (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/speed-poison/) The water-poison decks just keep on coming ...
103 - Stealth5208's Newbie gravition fire deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/stealth5208s-newbie-gravition-fire-deck/) Delete.
104 - Streamlined Firefly Queen deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/streamlined-firefly-queen-deck/) FFQ deck
105 - Super Armagio (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/super-armagio/) There are better earth-gravity duos.
106 - Super Vampire (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/super-vampire/) Adren. vamps.
107 - The Ablazion Deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/the-ablazion-deck/) Fire-grav duo.
108 - The Dimensional God (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/the-dimensional-god/) Aether (dim shields) + time splash for sundials = lots of stalling.
109 - The Fates speed deck (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/the-fates-speed-deck/) Definitely a "for fun" deck; it's fractal fate eggs.
110 - The Forest Swarm (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/the-forest-swarm/) Fractal frogs/scorpions
111 - The Pillar burner (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/the-pillar-burner/) Delete.
112 - The Shield (Gravity + Earth) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/the-shield-gravity-earth/) One of the better grav-earth duos on this page.
113 - Time for Aether! (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/time-for-aether/) fate eggs, anubis, parallel universes, and dim. shields. I wouldn't give it a pass.
114 - tri posion (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/tri-posion/) Tri poison? I only see 2 sources of poison here (yes, it's a trio deck, but that's not what the title implies). Either way, there are better dune scorp decks.
115 - Trio, Gravity/Earth/Light (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-gravityearth/) There isn't even a sample deck.
116 - Voodoo Universe (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/voodoo-universe/) Voodoo deck.
117 - You Did Not See What Hit You (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/you-did-not-see-what-hit-you/) Fractal mindflayers
118 - Lunardial (time/darkness) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/lunardial/) There are better time-darkness decks.
119 - Heavy Rain Deck (Water/Gravity/Earth) (
http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/duo-and-trio-decks/heavy-rain-deck-watergravityearth/) Wouldn't give it a pass.
