Naii_the_Baf recently created a QI calculator for openEtG: https://etg.dek.im/forum/index.php?topic=1061

It shouldn't be too hard to extend with support for Legacy deck codes. & maybe even deal with translating original codes to legacy codes (most naive way is to just replace spaces with '01' while decrementing code by 4000). It also gives a good outline of how to go down the google sheets rabbit hole if anyone else was wondering how to deal with oetg's RLE codes

You can test codes in the spreadsheet directly, no need to make a copy
You can only edit the cell for deck code though
