Banned from chat

It says my IP has a trojan or something. I'm pretty sure my computer is clean, and i'm sure that when i signed in to chat yesterday it was still clean.
I even logged in for a while today before i lost connection (as Drake can testify, since he's the first to greet me today). When i tried to reconnect, this happened.

IIRC i've experienced it too back then, when Draft first started. Can't connect to chat for days, keeps opponent waiting.
What actually happened to my computer or net, and how can i fix for this?
Also, how can i prevent this from happening again?

September occurences. And early September too. I don't understand how can a month old issue suddenly show up now, of all time.

EDIT: so it seems like my ISP rotated the IP every so often, and i happened to get a blacklisted IP. Now it's all good.

My best advice is to click on those links and submit a request for removal. Explain the situation. Possibly run a virus and/or spyware scanner and let them know that you did. Then wait. :|
