I am using the latest version of firefox. I installed all the latest relevant pluggins. I tried Chatzilla. I disabled all pop-up blockers. I tried IE. I am still not able to connect to chat. What am I doing wrong?

After much poking and prodding I have determined the cause to be the public wifi I am using. I thank everybody for their help. I am now locking this thread.
