I managed to reset my chat password and lost it somehow. I don't receive password reset in any e-mail.

The login name is the same as my forum name: bcassol

Did you check your spam folder? If not, wait a while and try resetting it again.

Still no luck.  :'(
Checked spam directories on email accounts, nothing. I'd really like to have my chat account back because it has the same name I use in forum and game, makes my tournament life easier.  :'(

Is it possible to reset my chat account password or something?
