Now that we have a better moderation on the forum and chat, I think it is reasonable to have a set of "code of conduct". Anyone who do not follow it should be banned. It can also set a guideline to future mods and let them know when to ban people.

I am suggesting this not only because it should be implemented in the first place, but some immature trolling in chat really hurts the quality of the community. I hope mods can consider this with high priority.
