Just being there when decks are being build and listening to what folks say learns you a lot on how to build good decks. (It's actually pretty simple: Take an idea, add cards that support that idea, fix QI. -> Finished)
Currently there is no need to be in chat. Only in the deckbuilding phase would it be nice to have the whole team assembled for productive work every now and then.

Not everyone has so much spare time as we do and we gotta go with it.
It would be nice if everyone could do it but if one just lacks the time / motivation to do it, then we have to build our decks according to the cards the players have.
This is completely my fault, guys. I told ddevans that I'd take full responsibility for any penalties (thank god there weren't any).
I was unnaturally busy this week and somehow missed all of the deck building for this round. I should have managed my time better and then we could have avoided this whole thing. I promise I'll be more active next round!
Don't worry too much about it. Bunny may not be pleased with the outcome here, but if you invest a little more time in the future into the earth section, then that's good with me.
Well, I'll look into the cards you folks have when helping building decks from now on as well. And if something isn't available, I'll send you farming by swinging a leathery whip
