Last war we posted our initial deck ideas in a thread with spoiler before we posted them in the pad. That way our thoughts aren't influenced or biased by the other team members. It also makes for a quick start in the discussion. If you're unsure about a matchup it's fine, we figure something out. Everyone could also just start thinking about the matchups before reading what others thought, and then when you made up your mind you could post it in the pad.
