Yes... This card needed the buff, and it's a lot more effective now. And, indeed, as it's been said, with the new and improved Solar Buckler, you can just chuck 6 of these and that into a deck and then get epic healing.

To me, this is an unwelcome buff. The decks that can use this at its max potential are from FG, or rage quit decks.
