Fractal HP Gnomes got much easier too...  Add a little Stone Skin, and perhaps Steel Golems and you have a viable deck, especially with the reduced Titanium Shield.
This could be handy for decks with growth that need the earth mark only for that.
You could easily create a lethal stall using this, Fractal and Phase Shield as well.  Hell, there's a lot of stalls that have opened up now.
 :P
Lol I somehow missed that as I was following this thread.  But point taken :D

Slightly irrelevant, but anyone having moral concerns of this now? I mean, before you were just burning floating, blobby things. Now, you're cremating tiny people riding on animals. Seems cruel.
Gnome riders aren't people.  They're freaks of nature.  Don't let anyone tell you different.

I think gemfinders will be better than BLs now in destroyer rushes
if they are not cremated, they give you :earth to grow destroyers (you might not need an earth mark, and run :fire, get minor phoenixes for cremation fodders)

So, Earth is the element with better copies of cards already in the game?
I'm willing to bet that even after this buff Ray of Light will kill more FGs than Gnome Gemfinder.

Even with the change, BoL will still make a faster deck than gemfinders as far as cremeation rushes are concerned.  Now in medium speed growth based decks this card will be a useful option, but not by any means broken.  This is a great change.
