This deck controls your opponent's field by destroying all permanents and pillars. Use quicksands early to prevent your opponent from playing threatening cards. Pulverizers destroy all the other permanents. Titanium shield comes in handy when your strategy doesn't work out. Use creatures for damage. The protect artifacts are only needed when facing certain decks, so you could swap them out for more creatures.

The deck looks good.  I would probably replace 1 maybe 2 golems with shriekers but otherwise it looks fine.

I have a similar deck thats upgraded, maybe put some pendullums in case you need to use the pulvy more often

I'm off to test this (and see if it need a pendulum version), back later.

You might be able to cut down on the Enchant Artifacts by 1 as well.  You have 3 permanents in this deck: Pulverizer has multiple copies, and I can't imagine you running into problems with Earthquake with this many pillars.  Titanium Shield is probably the only thing that needs protecting.  Another Shrieker in this case would probably be a good idea.

tbh, I'd say scrap the Shield and go for another Shrieker as there isn't a great chance of drawing it when you need it. It also means your more likely to get a Shrieker. What do you think?

This deck was made before pendulums, although I don't think pendulums are really necessary. I took out 1 enchant artifact and 1 golem and added 2 shriekers, which seemed to work out better. I kept the shield because it comes in handy during a close game by reducing a bunch of damage. It's also a nice card to play if you have extra quanta lying around.

EDIT: Actually, I've found that adding stone skins enhances the deck's value. Here is the new deck I made:

I am very skeptical about adding stone skins in a 30 card deck... Also it is not a real rush deck with so few attackers. I see the idea... You always have to give up the graboids for the pulvy.

What I would do up to t50: (ai5 is so quant heavy I don't bother with earthquakes)

About 14 pillars
6 golems
2 pulvy.
3 shriekers (You kind of have to without graboids)
3 earhquakes.
2 enchant artifact.

Upgraded, you can ditch 3 pillars and add 3 basilisk blood....

Of course you would want to hold on to the pulverizer. It is not typical for a rush deck and you can end up with bad draws. Now you have 6 golems, 3 shriekers, 1 pulvy = 10 damage dealers, which is about the minimum. If you don't worry about the pulvy being stolen add 2 basilisk blood... It can prevent 60 damage from a big attacker, which is better than stone skin. (Where do you get 50 quants to make it effective?)
Shards aren't overpowered, as long as you have them yourself.

This deck isn't really a rush deck. I called it Earth Control because it controls the opponents field - permanents and pillars - so it basically stops your opponent's strategy and the creatures help you finish him or her off. Although I like your idea for a rush deck, this deck was not made with speed in mind.

My deck is similar concept, stone skin is really there as a just in case type of thing.
