Yet another segment of the Rush Series! Earth is powerful in many ways. Here is the deck:

Pretty Basic for Earth rush. Play graboids first, as they are most important. The hematite golems are somewhat powerful for 4 Earth Quanta, and Upped, they are a force to be reckoned with (6|9).
PRO'S

  • One of the FASTEST
  • Many creatures, all with relatively low cost (coins and quanta)
CON'S

  • Weak to early creature control
Very popular, because the cards are cheap and very effective. Tried in the trainer: Fantastic, as should be. Give it a go!

What's up with Hematite Golem? All the other creatures in this deck are either cost-effective (Graboids) or do lots of damage (Shriekers); Hematite Golem is neither. However, it's 4 :earth for 4 damage, which is ... fine, I guess.

If upgraded cards are allowed, I'd switch said Golems for Antlions. However, as it stands, i would simply swap a Golem for a Hammer, and maybe the rest of the golems for Antlions. 2 :earth for 2 damage - faster, but less, damage.

You mean Short Sword. Hammer is worse than Short Sword in this deck.

I`m using a quite similar deck, but with earthquakes instead of the golems. I know it doesn`t quite fit in the "rush" strategy but they do wonders against many rainbow decks when you start the game with 1 or 2 of them ^^ (currently farming top 50 XD)

Switching golems for elite antlions might be good?

I'v been using this deck for a few days to farm the top50 decks. It's pretty effective. I'v been tinkering with the creature composition (i am just using unupped cards atm).. the golems are pretty effective, iv kept 3 in plus one short sword. Theyre not the strongest creature going, but they do a few things for this deck iv found more useful than taking anything else so far. The couple things that alot of the top50 decks can drop that screw over the graboids and shrikers dont affect the golems, so you can play them and keep hitting until its safe to play shriekers again. The Fire Storm thing, Otys, poison and drain lifes kill the shriekers pretty quick but the golems keep bashing.

I've been using this to farm lvl 3 and even though I rarely win spins, I get a crapload of cash. Even though this is a fairly common deck, the golems are a nice take on this deck, because most multi hit spells kill the shriekers.

Good job. Kudos. All those other words.

This is a nice deck I must say.  I have been using the Graboid/Shrieker Deck seen here:  http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,10706.msg141437#msg141437  to farm both AI3 and Top 50.  while it didn't do so hot on Top 50, it was good for AI3.  I used your Golem  idea and add 3 to my deck (in place of 3 pillars) and it seems to help with some of the guys you fine in Top 50.  only down side is it usually take an additional round for me to get some creatures out (I have bad luck drawing pillars).

Thanks for the help!   ;D

I've used a similar rush deck, sometimes with a few earthquakes, sometimes just creatures. 6 shriekers are way too expensive in my opinion. The comment about the golems is strange, because 2 golems give 8 attack for 8 quants, while 1 shrieker is the same cost, but with very low HP.

The difference between all these decks is negligible. 18 pillars and 6 graboids/ 6 shriekers is fine too, because then you can easily afford the shriekers. When people start cutting in the pillars, they all want to add golems or antlions.

Golems can't get through gravity shield...but they can take a hit and they can't just be eaten. I've done 6 graboids/3 shriekers/3 golems/3 earthquakes, or even 6 golems and no earthquakes and it all still works.
Shards aren't overpowered, as long as you have them yourself.

The difference in small changes is actually not negligible.   Testing has shown that 6 graboids, 6 shriekers is the fastest build.  Antlions and especially golems do not make the deck faster.  They do however add critters that are not weak to Maxwell's, a big weakness of this deck.
