I didnt have much time so i just tested real quick against ai5 and i won pretty easy =).

How to play the deck
Just play the Quicksands fast to slow his mana reg.
And then play out puvly to destroy hes annoying shields etc.
And granite skin is just for safety if u need heal.

It's a decent enough variation. It always hurts to give up the graboids for the pulverizer. I wouldn't put my hopes on the one healing. You have elite shriekers and diamond shields, so you will pretty much use up all your quants. All in all, I think the deck is kind of slow. 7 main attackers can be wiped, and you don't want to replace shriekers. I would ditch 1 quicksand and the granite skin and add 2 golems to put the main attack line on 9 + the pulvy = 10, which is decent enough. It is do or die, and you don't want too many quicksands dead in the hand. (After all why do you have the pulvy if not to shatter permas)

You can also replace the granite skin with a SOG instead.

Nice idea, I had considered it myself, but I'm back to using graboids, if I play earth.

Shards aren't overpowered, as long as you have them yourself.

Reasonable. Not exactly a great deck, but reasonable.

7 quicksands? Minus one granite skin, 3 pulvys, hammer is a better choice, put two in. 3 protect artifacts.
and 2 diamond shields.
