I really like this deck concept, and I used to use a similar deck in CL last season, and it did pretty good. I've tried one in BL and had a lot less success with it, though. (I don't think I've won yet with it :p) To help ensure the turn 2 discord, I think the best thing to do is use some entropy pillars instead of pendulums, but then the problem is you'll be short on gravity quanta, so then you have to cut some of those cards.
This dilemma is why I liked the upped version much better. The upped pendulums mean that as long as you don't get stuck with 1 pend (in which case you're screwed in almost any deck anyway) you can play a turn 2 discord. It also allows for using more discords to increase the draw chance (with 4 I found myself not getting one for the first several turns a couple times in BL, which spells instant death) and allows for animate weapon to use on the extra discords that you're bound to draw. (as well as having the discords deal more damage upped) I think the only time my upped DBH ever decked out was against poison dials, and that was when SoSa cost 0 quanta, which no longer is true. (and even that must've been due to cointoss rng or else a >30 card pdials, come to think of it)
The other trick I've seen people do is to use novas to help get the discord out turn 2, as well as power some off-element cards like flying weapon or other goodies. I've never gotten the quanta balance right on that, so I don't recommend it unless you can find a way I couldn't.
