I made this deck to grind ai3. this can be good in PVPs too, but don't put much faith on it.
the strategy is to reverse the enemy's creatures after playing the scorpions, it's simple and efficient if using the right cards. eternity isn'1t nescessary if you don't have it.
I must thank the dudes in chat for helping me with this deck.

That'd make you run awfully short on time. RT is also better in that it completely removes a creature and stops your opponent's next draw. RT is also extremely cheap, about a third of what a procrastination would cost.

I would do -1 procrastination and +1 eternity.  Gives you a greater chance if drawing one instead of one of the other.
