pretty much stall with shields untill you get enough earth qaunta to summon 4/5 golems after fractalling after that sit back behind your shields stone skin if you need to and watch as your opponents health just goes bye bye

In 1.27 (or upgraded) this deck will improve a lot, if you change 4 Pillars/Pendulums for 4 Gnome Riders - but other than that, you could slim it down by removing one Shield, one Stone Skin, and maybe a Pillar
