Try swapping out 3 pillars with  :water  pends. You would want to put out 4 poison counters per turn when you ever get 4 Physalias out.

Almost a mono-water, mh?
Aren't you a bit starving on death quanta, and exceeding on Water Quanta?
And why 3 inundations? Usually 2 are well more than enough. They can't even use the Squid+Flood synergy this time.
6 purifies are also a bit too much for it. If you need that much healing, use SoG.
I like the dragons, I like less the deck size. That lonely arsenic feels a bit lost there, in 40 cards.

I assume you only have one arsenic upped, so here's the first deck.

This can force a lockdown, while you cut the opponent with Dragons and poisons.
I could've sure used Puffers, but they aren't probably what you're searching for, since you haven't put them first in the deck.

I dropped purifies and inundations here, and I added another Arsenic, and Bonewalls. This quite has some more brute power, and it's smaller.

I hope I have been giving helpful feedback.
