I thought over this deck a little bit and ended up wondering where the "training effect" is supposed to be.
With only one time/turn the player has no other option than to simply play the deck "as it comes": Only one precog or sundial per turn until he has drawn all his stuff or finally got to the time-tower.
So, with no real possibility to change the pace yourself and possibly make mistakes, where is that training effect supposed to be? Or is that the whole idea behind it, a deck that forces the player to enchain those dials thus teaching him enchainment?
Trimming the deck by taking out a dial and a precog and adding two time-towers could change that. The deck could actually be a poison rush flipping through those death-cards in no time while you still have the training in enchaining your dials.
