Simple as it is firs use all devourers if you get some then fractal to devourer and then fractal to dragon or if enemy has loads of quantum fractal again to devourer.
dimensional shields need to be used if your enemy has quantum to creatures.

works pretty fine for lvl3 grinding and in pvp1

quantum pilars and sanctuary is your worst enemies whit this deck

Perhaps adding a few steals would permit you to counter early sanctuaries and/or quantum pillars if there are only a few.

I like this kind of deck. Next to the pure creatureless Mirror Aether deck and Rainbow decks, it is always in my collection of decks. I expanded further with steals and increased deck size. I used pendulums instead of pillars for steady flow of both quanta. I sometimes substitute Drain Life for Nightfall. The only reason I added Drain Life was for a little creature control. Alternatively, Cloaks could be useful for creature protection, ie Lightning Bolts/Freezes or whatever your opponent can throw. See deck below.

not to push you towards a traditionally overused deck but it is probably more effective is devtal/pestal where it uses vamps instead of drags and uses less of the big hitter with fractal you only need at most two copies of your hitter if you produce the quanta as a late game fractal as the hitter normally is you only need one to get the 80 damage your drags can put out with a full had fractal you won't really get less than 6 drags from a late game fractal so therefore you don't need as many drags and hence you can put it more utilitarian cards like cloak, drain life and steals whichever takes your fancy.
love makin my decks unusual if able. Chaos and luck are widely regarded as different i beg to differ just refer to :entropy but for those in the know also refer to :time and :death.

I had considered, yet not implemented, trading dragons and zerging with fractal vamps, kinda guerrilla warfareish, hiding behind shields while waiting to blow up with 7 or more vampires and sabotaging strategies with steals.

IMO vampires are vastly preferable upped, but I prefer dragons unupped since minor vampires are not the most impressive critters, even when swarmed. You're going to want a lot of your creature slots for devs, and you're pretty vulnerable to damage reduction shields when swarming with minor vampires. I know you have steal, but sometimes people have protect artifact or hope or just draw more shields than you draw steals.

That is the route I took. If I was able to have a  :darkness mark, I would throw in void shards.

I had considered, yet not implemented, trading dragons and zerging with fractal vamps, kinda guerrilla warfareish, hiding behind shields while waiting to blow up with 7 or more vampires and sabotaging strategies with steals.

So I tried the whole minor vampire, cloak, shield .. hide in the shadows and strike behind shields. And yeah .. vampires are a little too wimpy of hitters, even with nightfall. It might be a different story in upped version; however, I like the heavy hitting dragons. Time to change up and make a new deck.
