Here's my idea how to use Dune Scorpion and the Rewind

Deck import code : [Select]

I think that  :gravity mark is much more useful. Eternity and Rewind force the enemy to play card again and that leads to 1 more poison point. Unstoppable ignore shield effect and give scorpions possibility to attack and infect the enemy. Otyugh will remove annoying creatures. Turltle Shield really
help in this deck because poison is accelerating in 3-4 turn.

And here's second version +2 Time Tower -2 Otyugh

Definitely the 2nd option is better.  You are very unlikely, with just Time Towers, to get enough Gravity quanta to summon and/or use the Otyugh's in the first deck.  Also, MUCH improved odds of getting a 2nd turn Momentum'd Scorpion with the second option (need one scorp, one Unstoppable, and 2 Tower in first two turns to accomplish this).

all 6 rewinds plus 3 eternities seem overkill to me. Most games eternity will be a worse option to use in contrast to rewind due to cost and 1-turn delay/vulnerability, so just take 2 of those and put an extra tower to help getting your combo faster more often

Ah yes this deck. Quite fun. You won't have quanta for otys, so just use a gravy mark to splash in momentums and that's it. I'm also quite leery of the procrastinations. I'm the type to probably take out those two procrastinations and replace them either with more towers or precogs.
