This isn't my deck. I found it on the noob diaries thread by scaredgirl (its her deck).
It's for grinding AI5's and getting EMs.

Strategy & Tips:
- Wait until you can play both a Frog and Fractal, and play them at the same time
- Save Dimensional Shields as long as possible, and start chaining them when you would otherwise be dead
- Remember that Fractal drains you dry, so always make sure you have that 6  to play the next Dimensional Shield

The premise behind this deck is very similar to the one I've been using (and doing well with AI5).  Mine is dark/aether with minor vampires + eclipse instead of frogs/empath bonds, but it ends up working the same way, basically.  I like having steals available with dark, though.  Either way, yes I agree that this sort of deck is awesome.

I dont think you could get enough quanta for the life with just a mark.maybe add a few pillars of life.

^there are 13 aether pendulums. if you didnt know, pendulums give 1 quantum of their element 1 turn then next turn give 1 quantum of your mark. That way, you will have enough life

I only just tried this deck out an im surprised at how well it works!

Would the frogs be the first to be upgraded? I think that would make them less destroyable.
BTW: This deck is pretty good if you aren't nuked (ex. rain of fire).

if you have enough money to upgrade you should try making the turbo speed false god farming deck. this deck probably wouldn't work that well upgraded
