Basic idea of the deck is stall and build up. getting crawler in hand and drop a few desiccations clear some of their board and amass tons of water quanta then lay crawlers and frac. simple idea does good against ai3 & ai4 slow against non creature heavy decks and no way to get around shields. ideas?

Maybe by removing the phase shields and putting two permafrost shields and Water Pendulums in, this deck would become faster. (Since Fractal and Phase Shields tend to fight over that little aether quanta you have in your deck right now)

And in a lot cases against AI4, Phase Shields tend to get destroyed or stolen, therefore only consuming card spaces which can be used better.

If you want to stay with the Phase Shields, i would consider removing one Abyss Crawler, one Phase Shield and one Fractal to add more Aether Towers for Quanta speed and balance.

That aside, why would I use an fully upgraded Deck, which costs about 45000 Electrum (and is slow), against the small fry AI3? -> a Deck of that cost should be used for Silver/Gold Arena. But therefor, it may be too weak since it doesn´t use much CC/no PC. That´s only a personal opinion of mine...
What's the speed of dark?

I agree with Keolin. Dim's aren't that important especially when you fot 4 cc cards in your deck. I would also suggest to remove 1-2 Abysses, in a deck with fractal your fractal creature don't need to be so common.

Besides that looks good. Happy yo see someone use desiccation.

Definitely replace Phase Shields with Permafrost shields. Also, will be less autoquit-inducing if a Permafrost Shield is stolen. Phase Shields being stolen would be almost an auto-quit with this deck, since there's no way to bypass the defense it provides.
