***TRIALS RESPONSE***With 40 cards and only 5 copies of each vital combo card, your deck is both slow and unreliable. With limited damage and healing, you're likely to die before your opponent does.
Secondly, your quanta balance is off. You produce too much
quanta considering the slowness of the deck, and also produce far too much
quanta. However, when we reduce the amount of Time Towers, they are drawn far too unreliably. What can we do about this?
This is what I suggest:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink

The first thing I did was cut the deck size down to 30 cards. This makes the deck more reliable, as there is a higher chance of drawing the cards you need on time.
Time Pendulums allow you to generate
quanta reliably, but not generate too much of it. They also allow for reliable
quanta generation. I removed the Rays of Light because they are unnecessary and don't really fit in with the rest of the deck.
I also added some Eternities. These can remove dangerous creatures, allowing you to stall before needing to use a Miracle, force the opponent to replay creatures, which applies more neurotoxin damage. They can also prevent you from decking out if need be.
Thanks for listening, and I hope this helped.
