This is my first deck I made, needs tweaking, and im open to suggestions, but this deck is mainly just for fun, although i see potential in it.

Ive played it several times and really like it.

The basic strategy, is to get as many vultures on the field as possible while delaying death with dim shield, try to keep your hand as small as possible though. Put the vultures on the field once you are ready to make your move. Put down the vulture, then the spark, and immidiatly fractal it, getting as much on the field as possible, be sure to always leave one in your hand so that you can fractal it. Your vultures will get extremely powerful. Very basic, and that many pillars probably arent necessary. ive also considered adding a few quints to protect the scavengers.
It probably doesnt need as many pillars though

This.... looks...... amazing!!!

Okay, some problems.  You don't play anything, and you can't discard anything.  You don't get the death quantums you need, and it's really slow.  Try swapping some aether pillars for a death pillar or two.

Cut out 2 Aether Pillars, slap on 2 or 3 Quints, and you got yourself a lovely aggro - defense deck. :D Great job on this one, BluePriest.

Thank you both, first deck I made, I think its about the only fractal combination people havent thought of. Working on tweaking the amount of bone pillars im putting in. Its hard to find a good balance.

I wouldn't say nobody has thought of this, but you are right. Nobody has posted a Death/Aether deck. I actually made something like this that is more Death heavy. I literally had the thread done and I was going to hit the post button, but I didn't like its winning percent enough to convince myself it was worth it. It's a really fun deck, though. Grats on the deck! :)

This deck is also begging for a few Bone Walls -- perhaps one could remove the Dimensional Shields, change to Mark of Aether, and rebalance the pillar count/ratio for that variant?

This would slightly change your theme...but...or maybe be an alternate form.

You could consider using graveyards instead of scavengers.  If you upgrade the graveyards you gain a 2/2 which means each spark gains you 2 more offense verse the 1 you gain if playing scavengers.

The disavantage is quantum cost.   However, if you swap the marks and pillars, you could also switch to bonewalls and then use entropy only for the fractals.

This version would be weak to rain of fire, but you if get rain of fired with the bonewall up you will in essence create a stall.

I do like this idea though and it will be a canidate to replace my nerfed graboid deck.
