QI assumes you play every card as soon as you have the quanta for it. I find it unreliable for that reason.

Considering there was a post about possibly not having enough pillars followed shortly by a post about having too many pillars, I'm guessing it's probably just about right. And sure enough, it's a fairly common occurrence that in the crucial early stages of a battle you will find yourself with just barely enough quanta coming in to play stuff as you need it. More often you'll have a little bit of excess (which will turn into a lot of excess as the fight goes on, but that's okay because if you last that long you've almost definitely won--assuming you are not foolishly trying to tackle a Feral Bond god, anyhow), which gives you a bit of a safety net just in case.

Swapping in a few pendulums would definitely help your case against denial gods (who tend to shut down your :darkness much more easily) at the cost of being a lot worse at facing heavy rushes. Considering that you can easily milk some of the rush culprits, and most of the denial heavy gods will shut you down even with some extra pendulums, I think it's probably not worth the switch.

I love this deck. It's a very nice change of pace from my typically rainbow exclusivity :p. As others have said, all that actually matters for FG farming is individual win rates. If you aren't going to have an easy match skip it and go about your day. This deck does just that. You will win the majority of games you stick to out of the list in the OP.

Nice deck, the Chaos Powers make most of the FGs playable... just chaos-power them, and BAM... perfect monster to antimatter/liquid shadow.
Gone for awhile now, though I still pop by from time to time.

this deck looks fun and works cool, except that it need lots of upped cards.

I just started with only 2 chaos powers, and others un-upped, thus I changed the deck a bit, adding steal and pillars and trying to see how it goes  ;D

I run the unupped version with 3 CPs. Works much better with even just 3 CPs. Sometimes I seem to lack a bit quanta so I might try to add some pillars to get over the problem.

I've been messing around with a partially upped pendulum version of this type of deck, but I can't seem to get the quantum right no matter what I do, any advice?

Here's my deck:

The tower-based version I've been working on is this:

Here's my deck:
You don't really take enough damage (on the non-skip gods) to justify Dusk Shield. That costs a ton of quanta, and plenty of healing comes from antimatter.

Dusk Mantle and Antimatter are both designed to blunt the impact of high-damage cards. Shield and Tower Shield help primarily with low-damage swarms, synergizing better with Antimatter's ability to neuter the big bruisers.

I would just do unupped Shield instead of Tower Shield and add Serket to the list of gods you should be skipping. Otherwise in my experience, partially-upped works on all the same gods. Upgrade your antimatters as soon as you can to start healing sooner.

So, you're suggesting something more along these lines?

Also, I have some SoGs, should I put them in?

I think you still want to use dark mark instead of entropy mark, and thus put more amethyst pillars.

I started with this deck putting only 2 chaos powers and now I have 4, and I added an improved steal. adding a steal will increase your winning chance against some gods, and maybe reducing one shield will be better, because you can steal the god's shield.

I think 4-5 CPs will be ok, and upgrading antimatter might be more profitable.

my deck currently used:
