This is officially my favorite deck. Competes well with all other speed decks, and beats most other decks with ease. Plus your creatures are extremely hard to get rid of or get negative effects (such as immolating an anti-mattered phoenix). It's fun to play in PvP because your first two turns you have nothing out, then on your third you have six or seven phoenixes, and on your fourth you have five more. It does take some smarts though... if you don't play your cards in the right order, you'll end up losing a turn basically. Like I said when I originally posted this, it typically takes 5-7 turns to win.

The only trouble it has is with devourer decks, discords, black hole, and earthquake. You don't see many of those in PvP though.

I took out a tower and added two explosions, just in case I go up against phase shields or bone yards. Another possibility is to add two or three photons so you can immolate early.

I prefer the variant with fire towers so that you can first-turn phoenix+cremate. You should also update pic, because it definitely needs those explodes.

I still think pest/fractal is better. I'm surprised you're not seeing more of that in PvP.

Ya, pest/fractal is better. This deck is a little more fun in some aspects in my opinion, which is why I like it. Besides, pretty much nothing can compete with pest/fractal (using photons for cremation in this deck would work though).

And this version is faster than ones using fire towers. It gets started later, but you get out a lot more phoenixes than they do. That's what I've experienced anyway... I haven't lost to a tower version yet with this deck, but it could happen if I get a bad draw. You actually don't get many bad draws with this deck though.

Finally, I don't think the picture needs to be changed. That's the basic version. People can tweak it how they see fit.

Here is the new version I'm using. I switched to this to counter the devourer bias bug (yes, it exists). You can also win in four turns with this version, as opposed to five with the previous. Also, pay attention when you start the game; I wasn't paying close attention in a few games and accidentally played balls when I thought they were towers. I lost one game because of it lol... And don't be afraid to fractal the balls.

I'm also considering switching to an aether mark and taking out some towers and adding in another explosion and one or two more balls.

I am playing with a similar idea but different version

minus some fractal and towers
minus 1 creamation and minor phoenix

add explosion and fire towers

my version use fire towers and some aether towers with aether mark
so it is possible to have:
1st turn phoenix > creamation
2nd or 3rd turn rebirth> fractal

I think explosion is a must
otherwise a single shield kill your deck
