Just get a few pillars out there to get some death. Summon the skull shield ASAP and once that is up, use an Aflatoxin on one of their minions. While you are waiting for the shield and toxin though, feel free to summon up your vultures. Use the Viruses to take out some of their minions and buff your vultures. Also summon otty when you can and use him to crowd control. By the time this is all finished, they will probably have maxed out cells. Then just plague them all and rinse and repeat.
Note:If you are not getting that shield but have both toxins (Or they have a gravity shield), use an aflatoxin on your own creature.
Changes: Possibly get rid of some pillars and put in Eternity and Time factories or some Rewinds so you don't deckout. Also replace one with another shield so you don't have to wait as long to get yours. Also you could get rid of the viruses and swap out with Photons or Sparks(?) to get them cheaper but without the crowd control aspect.
Death for you: If they take out your vultures while you are still weak. They could also take out your shield (which can also be avoided with a spare). Gravity shields can make the game slower, but if you just use toxin yourself, they usually aren't a problem.
