I didn't see anyone with a simple deck with Fractal/Phoenix/Lightning Ball deck. No red pillars required, 2 cremates create enough quanta for a fractal phoenix combo.  Fractal Lightning Ball is always fun too!

One adjustment must be made if you plan play this outside of AI3, throw in 3 Explosions over Fractals.  (BOOM! perfect 15/15 duo deck)

It was just a simple deck makeup.  For something like rushing AI3.

If you want to go into a more balanced duo deck.  Add 3 explosions over fractals.  Perfect 15/15 deck

I always only use 4 Fractals in 30 card decks.  If you have too many you just get stuck with extra Fractals in your hand, taking up copy space.
