production is inconsistent and will be sky-high at times and 0 other times. This is why zanz invented pendulums. One even more stable method would be to change mark to Gravity and pack more Time Factories. Most Pharaoh/Scarab decks do this for consistency reasons. This deck would of course drop the Titan when doing so, but that's not an issue considering Eternity is a much, much better weapon for Pharaoh/Scarab decks.
It looks like you're only packing 2 Pharaohs because you don't own more. If so, me suggesting more would be rather pointless, but you'd certainly want more. Something else that can boost Pharaoh decks by a lot in terms of speed are Shards of Readiness. This'd be a pretty classic example of a Shardless Pharaoh deck that can eat up AI4 rather easily:

2 Reverse Times work perfectly for removing early creatures and getting the drawlock on the AI. Between Procrast and Hourglasses you then draw enough quanta to spam Pharaohs like they were Cockatrices. Or you just go for the Pharaohs right away and eat stuff up.
If you stick with your Scarab version and you're lacking rares, you should at least stabilize the quanta as I mentioned. If you want something that can really wreck AI4, I'll suggest any kind of Dimensional Shield deck. In relation to this deck, you can try Scarabtal. It's very strong against the AI in general.
