The rule that applies there, I wasn't too clear on. The original topic ( http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,34455.msg483448.html#msg483448 ) that I went from was ~started~ on a completely different deck. There was a deck towards the end of the thread with one SoF and a handful of Eternities and a Flying Weapon (which I would have nothing to do with)... That you actually posted right after, Poker. :p

But yeah. The closest deck in that thread was
Spoiler for Hidden:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5rs 5rs 5rs 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6s2 7n2 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q5 7q5 7q7 7q7 7q8 7q8 7q8 8ps
Which, obviously is a stretch away from mine.

well, it would only be a problem if the OP on the other thread would come in here and start saying you ripped off his idea or something like that, so the best you could do is maybe put that link in your post to give proper credits, just to avoid any unnecessary argue :)

in regards to the deck itself, 2 chimeras instead of 1 to prevent it from being at the bottom of the deck when you most need it

Keeping up with the rule of not starting a new thread for the same idea -- even if the deck is quite different, let me throw in my variant here:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6s2 710 710 710 710 710 710 710 71b 71b 71d 71d 71d 71d 71d 7q4 7q4 7q4 7q4 7q4 8pl

Well, if it isn't obvious for someone, the playing strategy is to rewind the mummies into pharaoh, then apply SoR on it, so it can make scarabs without the need for  :time
The bonewall provides some defense in synergy with the death effects caused by scarabs eating enemy creatures.

I started to gather some stats against gold arena as well, but only got 32 games so far (maybe I update later when I reach 50):
Wins: 21 (~66%)
Loss: 11 (~33%)
EM: 2 (~6%)
TTW: 10.1 (average)
Roses aren't red, Violets aren't blue.
They are just a simulation, and so are you!

Lemme see: Hero and Sr. members are having a hard time to recall some deck posted some long time ago on a different forum, but Jr. members are excepted to be familiar with all and not post anything similar even as a comment on another deck's thread.

Gotcha...

Nope, we were talking, not complaining you posted in a comment a similar deck to other in the forums.

I personally get a bit mad when people make new threads of decks that look almost exactly to other ones because there we all have a double thread, but this is not that case. I also sometimes get in the Trainer and suggest 2-minute-made decks without making a forum search of similar stuff before commenting them.

if i wanted you to post your deck on phalanx threads (there are 3 versions of it just so you know) i would have told you to put it there instead or at least give proper credit to Math here if you got your inspiration from his decks. I'll assume you did not wich is pretty good

we were just talking like Chapuz said, thinking out loud at most imo and you are welcome to join the conversation :P

By the way, your deck looks quite cool because novas absorb the expensive SoFos cost and shields are mostly a problem in pharaoh deck styles, not mentioning unstable gas, eclipse and any other permanent you can find. I would suggest you to replace a tower for a 2nd SoFo, as a single one has low chances of getting drew. I hope watching more stats!

Y'know I've always been intrigued with the idea of rewinding Mummies for Pharaohs. But I figured it would be a cumbersome venture. For some reason, in my head, it seemed like a huge barely obtainable combo to get everything to quickly spawn scarabs. But now that I'm actually lookin' at it... Seems like it might actually be easier than those hugely expensive Pharaohs.

Good shite, Zso. I'm a fan.
How come, when Bogie drinks during the day everyone thinks he's all sophisticated, but when I do it, everyone's just like "Get off our little league field!"?
