Deck Helper comment: This deck was posted before the 1.32 game update and as a result may work very differently now. Use at your own risk.
Now, before I get yelled at, I'm aware there that there a a few pharaoh/ready decks out there. One of the threads I looked through even had the occasional variant with SoFo's. But although I've seen them, and seen them spoken well of, I decided to take my variation, an' actually do the work of gettin' the starting chunk of stats for it.

Not great, but better than I was expecting. The biggest problems you face with this deck are quantum denial, an' the occasional bad opening hand (though those aren't as common as I would've thought, either).
Pretty straight forward, yet open to a couple of different play styles.
You can usually have scarabs out by turn three. There was discussion elsewhere of whether or not to play all shards on pharaohs for +numbers of the scarabs, or using 'em here an' there on the scarabs themselves to help with the preservation of precious gravity quantum that denial decks seem to always take first. That's really situational, as either work.
The addition of the SoFo's make for both a great bit of PC and the tiniest bit of healing. Though I have to admit that only in a couple games have I run across situations where the BH was crucial to success.
Another slight problem I've noticed against rush decks, is that sometimes you have to take a good few hits before you have time to get those scarabs out an' big enough to invite to dinner. A good number of my losses in my stat-finding involved rush decks in conjunction with sub-par opening draws.
The chimera I kept in, mostly as a last ditch resort for defense. The Sofo's sort of remove the need to bypass shields, but the only defense the deck has is eatin' critters. I've had far more situations where the chimera is crucial.
Having said all that, this is my favourite deck, an' it needs love. Carry on.
