In case you didn't know, I love Chaos Power + Twin Universing ALL the things! One could already TU CP Phase Spiders or Ball Lightnings but it could easily be wrecked by Creature Control and shields.
Psions have more HP and ignore (non-reflective) shields, so behold!

This is so much fun in trainer
Quite consistent 6 turn wins against Elders so far (like TU CP Ball Lightnings) but! Will not get murdered by the Dimensional Shield one! ^_^ Just watch out for Emerald Shield :x Since reflective shields are rare in pvp it should do good there.

Hmm, this is a rush deck, I think it would only slow it down. It barely gets enough quanta to put down its stuff as is.

i wouldnt take out 2 psions, maybe 1 CP and 1 psion or even 2 TU's but yeah its a tough call

i wondered:
if you'd remove some towers for phase shield, wouldn't those give you 3 turns to accumulate quanta?
of course it's a risk because you waste quanta if they get destroyed immediately.

You only need to draw one Psion to use the combo on, a TU might be good for being so quanta expensive, though.
EDIT: why stick with 30 cards?

It's current problem is mostly not getting enough quanta fast enough. Removing them for anything that also costs Aether quanta doesn't seem like a good idea and slows it down by a lot.
