Basically drainbolt with AoE

Against rushes:
Use the spells to kill creatures and win by deckout. Prioritise having enough quanta behind the drains to kill whatever they play, rather than summoning dragons immediately.

Against stalls:
Save up quanta and burst siphon life on their hp when you have enough to kill. 6 full power siphons do 96 damage. If they have reflective shield, get dragons and dagger down asap.

Against breakers:

Matchups compared to Drainbolt (31 card) aren't very different, it still beats ghostmare and the deck, which is nice. It does better against decks based on damselfly/sofre, which drainbolt loses to. Siphonwave is a bit worse at dealing with adrenachargers, since they're killed by lightning but not shockwave, but apart from that it doesn't change much in upped pvp.

The problem is not having fractal, thats a key win condition for drainbolt, and 5hp creatures will also be a problem
